The Department of Chemistry, Mehsana Urban Institute of Sciences, Ganpat University organized a “Webinar on Emerging Career Opportunity in Industrial Chemistry” on 10th June 2021. Conveners of this event are Dr. S.S Pancholi (Dean Science) Dr. Amit Parikh (Principal), Dr. Keyur D. Bhatt (Head, Chemistry). The program of action includes one hour expert talk by Dr. Sunil Kumar, Sr. Scientist, CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML), Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The talk was based on the future prospect for the students of M.Sc. Industrial Chemistry and a brief idea about making a career in industrial field, and simulation. Total of 81 students and scholars were participated in this webinar from different Department and Universities of Gujarat. This webinar was a platform for many students who have finished their graduation and now starting to make decision for their post-graduation specialization with industrial chemistry. Purpose of this webinar was to provide them with ample information regarding their future prospect in industrial job opportunities, after the completion of their master’s in industrial chemistry.
