He is currently the Director of Ammann Apollo India Pvt. Ltd., an Indo-Swiss joint venture company manufacturing road-construction. and Apollo Earthmovers Limited,A subsidiary of Gujarat Apollo Industries Limited. His path-breaking professional/industrialpractices include: formulating and executing sound manufacturing strategy for constructionequipment, leading the team of professionals for managing the inventory and production output forchanging market demand, leading the team for long-term and and medium-term production planning,managing best HR practices and performance evaluation of employees and Driving the trainingstrategy for continuous improvement of employees among others.
