The one more private university of Gujarat got a supercomputer from the Gujarat government

Ganpat University allotted supercomputer !!

The evolving face of technology is moving towards a new dimension in our technology policies and investments. The whole world itself is witnessing a new revolution brought about by technology and it is changing our lives in every way. Supercomputing has become a new reality today. In fact, the growth potential of a nation is measured by the availability of its supercomputing resources. Supercomputing Infrastructure is a new example of growth and development around the world today. It is the key to new reforms in all social sectors of the economy - manufacturing, defense, power, agriculture, communications, banking, and so on.

GUNI-ICT is elated to share that the Government of Gujarat has allotted a supercomputer to Ganpat University's Institute of Computer Technology. The Government of Gujarat has taken this comprehensive step to set up a supercomputing facility for the benefit of professors, research scholars, and students. This step will enhance the technical skills of our students and enable them to reach competitive peaks in their careers at GUNI-ICT.

This supercomputer and High-Performance Computing (HPC) lab, provided by ICT Ganpat University & GUJCOST has initiated promoting innovations with the expected results after the establishment of the lab. Many Researchers are accelerating research activities on sophisticated topics such as data modeling, simulation, data analysis, machine learning and deep learning, cyber forensics for students studying in various specializations such as Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Cyber ​​Security.

GUNI-ICT is offering B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering Specialization of Cloud, Big Data Analytics, and Cyber Security in collaboration with IBM Company, a huge amount of Rs. 40 lakhs has recently been spent and about 200 state-of-the-art computer systems (with 2 GB RAM) have been installed for each student. A state-of-the-art laboratory has also been set up, which every student of the institute can avail.
