Work Integrated Learning Policy (WILP)

Preamble: Professional practices in the early stage of a career helps in gaining work experience, financial management and developing interpersonal skills. 

To encourage availing workplace experience for “Earning while Learning Philosophy”, ICT-GUNI is proposing Work Integrated learning.

Who can be benefited: All B.Tech CSE students

Eligibility: Good Technical and Communication Skills 

Credits : NIL 

Category: 3 to 4 Hours Per Day 

Mode: Online / Offline as per convenience and mutual understanding between Company and Candidates 

Policy:

• Students can apply to various industry looping colleges.  Alternatively college can also share part time work opportunities with students / alumni. 
• Consciously accept the work not exceeding 3-4 hrs during working days post college hours strictly.
• In person night shifts are not allowed. 
• Company must issue the letter of engagement, stipend offer, etc  and send a copy to tpo.ict@ganpatuniversity.ac.in 
• Students should share academic calendar and their availability during active academics. 
• The college role is limited as facilitator.
• Students and parents must sign and submit undertaking( as annexure -1) before taking WIL assignment. 
• There is no academic credit, exam, assessment  or compliance for WIL.
• Company may issue appreciation and or experience letters to candidates. 
• In an event of extension, students and company must convey to college. 
• Certifications & Badges from AWS, Red Hat, VMWare, CISCO, Azure etc will have added advantages for getting approvals from the department.
