Placement Report 2019

Ganpat University Institute of Computer Technology opened the placement & internship for batch  2019 in august 2018. Pre-placement mock-up, group discussion, aptitude test, logical reasoning,  interview mock refresher rounds carried out from semester VII i.e. Early July 2018. The outcomes were measured and gap analysis for discussed with students for improvement. Next,  was the resume building and analyzing individual interests, competencies, and skills for a professional career. This was a very crucial task and marathon as understanding, counseling each individual to project his or her next trajectory. Students were quite serious and confident at times to chart out their professional interests and competency. This reduces the task to almost half. Following to that ICT arranged resume-building workshops and effectively students got ready to market their skills.  

ICT clearly differentiated between students seeking placements and other groups seeking internship/training. ICT stresses on fact that Placements must be offered to seriously interested masses and they must get an appropriate opportunity. Wherein, internship/training are for those who are either willing for higher education or family business or willing to be entrepreneurs. The placement drive started with enthusiastic responses from and around the national and multinational companies. ICT feel’s proud of the share much-awaited pool campus placement drive from IBM,  Tata Consulting Services (TCS), Azilian, E-infochip, etc.

Though all the students were offered internships by ICT and it is pleasure sharing that most of  students were offered stipend during internships. Also, good number of students appeared for  GATE, GRE, TOFEL, IELTS, CAT etc. examinations .
