Admission on Management Quota (MQ) Seats for B.Tech – Degree Engineering (After 12th standard (HSC) Science Steam)

All India Seats (25%):  A candidate seeking admission on All India Seats shall apply online, on the University website(admission.guni.ac.in), within the prescribed time limit. Twenty-five percent of seats shall be filled by the University from the candidates who have passed the Qualifying Examination from the schools located in India (including Gujarat State) and have appeared in JEE (Main) 2025. The merit list for these seats shall be based on marks obtained in JEE (Main) 2025.

About Faculty of Engineering & Technology

The faculty of Engineering and Technology (FoET) is among the first five self-financed engineering colleges in the State of Gujarat established in 1997. The Institute offers multidisciplinary diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. It is known for offering niche programmes like Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Petro Chemical Engineering. Also, pioneered in incepting industry-linked programs B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering with Specialization in Cyber Security, Big Data Analytics in association with IBM  and M.Tech VLSI in association with Einfochips. Its the only institution offering Directorate General of Shipping (DG Shipping) approved A1 accredited B.Tech Marine Engineering and allied certificate programmes. There are around 200 + faculty members in FoET. The average teaching experience of the faculty members is ranging 7-20 years. Eligibility

Candidate must have appeared in Paper – I of JEE (Main)-2025  

AND

Candidate must have passed the HSC (10+2) examination having a minimum of 45% (40% for reservation category) in subjects prescribed by AICTE and notified by the Government.

Merit List & Interview

For the purpose of admission on All India Seats, the University prepares the inter- se merit list, and email invitation letters are sent for online counseling interviews. Based on the candidate’s eligibility verified during the interview; candidates will be notified for further action. 

Application Process

1. The candidate has to fill up the branch choices, at the time of filling up the application form, online on the website (https://admission.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/). 
2. The provisional admission shall be offered through online mode as per the schedule.
3. Offer of admission shall be made on the basis of merit, preference, and availability of the seats. 
4. The candidate can freeze the admission for a branch offered to him upon payment of the fees as prescribed, subsequent to which such a candidate will not be eligible for an offer of admission in any other branch. 
5. The candidate can accept the branch offered to him upon payment of the fees as prescribed and can request admission in a branch of his higher preference on merit, during subsequent admission round/s if any.
6. In case of rejection or no action for the offered branch, the candidate will not be eligible also for any further admission round.
7. The provisional admission will be confirmed only after verification of the original documents, personal and academic credentials of the candidates viz. identity, age, and academic qualifications.
8. It shall not be obligatory to give admission to a candidate if he fails to secure the admission online as prescribed.
9. No changes in branch preference shall be possible after the last date of submission of the online application. 

The University reserves rights to hold the admission process also by calling the candidates on merit on the University Campus.
