Description about Event:

Institute of Computer Technology, Department of Computer Science & Engineering has organized a Seminar on “Decoding Study Abroad with RCIC Immigration Expert”. Mr. Jeet Kacha Representative from Director of The Visa Tales delivered the Seminar. Total 23 students of final year had attended seminar along with 3 faculties namely Prof. Umesh Lakhtariya, Prof. Tejas Kadiya and Dr. Pritesh Andharia.

At the end of this one-hour seminar, participants will learn:

 

Understanding Different Study Options: Webinars often provide insight into the various study options available abroad, including undergraduate, postgraduate, exchange programs, language courses, and specialized programs.

 

Researching Universities and Programs: They can learn how to research universities and programs effectively, considering factors such as academic reputation, faculty expertise, facilities, location, and available resources.

 

Application Procedures and Requirements: Webinars typically cover application procedures, deadlines, required documents (such as transcripts, recommendation letters, and personal statements), and any standardized tests (like the SAT, ACT, GRE, or TOEFL) needed for admission.

 

Financial Planning and Scholarships: Students can learn about the costs associated with studying abroad, including tuition fees, living expenses, and additional costs such as health insurance and visa fees. They may also gain insight into available scholarships, grants, and financial aid opportunities.

 

Visa and Immigration Processes: Information on visa requirements, immigration procedures, and necessary documentation for studying abroad is often covered in webinars.

The whole session was good. It was a very informative Seminar. Students will get to know what career opportunities are in the different countries. In this one-hour seminar, participants will learn a number of proven strategies to acquire new skills and be shown how to formulate a plan to attain those new skills or bolster the skills they already possess. They also learn how to successfully overcome some of the greatest barriers to career growth.
