Red Hat Day Celebration

ICT Ganpat University as an active member of Red Hat Academy celebrated Red Hat Day on 12th February 2024 in collaboration with Electromech Cloudtech Pvt. Ltd. The event kick-started with a warm welcoming speech by Aakarsh Vyas, our Student Ambassador of RHA at ICT, Ganpat University. The event moved forward with Mr. Nilesh Vaghela, Founder & CEO at Electromech Cloudtech Pvt. Ltd. sharing his wide & immense knowledge to the students on Open-source Technologies along with awarding the students with swags from Red Hat that answered the questions related to Open-source Technologies asked by sir correctly. Then students were enlightened about Red Hat Academy at ICT Ganpat University and the platform by Aakarsh Vyas.
Further, Mr. Sajid Khokhar, Linux Trainer at Electromech Cloudtech Pvt. Ltd. gave an informative speech about the Red Hat Academy Portal, Red Hat Academy Talent Network, and Red Hat Community making the students understand about the Red Hat Academy Environment. Later on, the event witnessed multiple brainstorming activities like technical quizzes and non-technical games. The non-technical game was a geographical and general knowledge-based game; students were shown pictures of the famous landmarks of the world and the national flags of some countries and were asked to answer their correct names. The winners were awarded swag from Red Hat. Lastly, our guide and mentor Prof. Kunal Garud with some motivating words to the students concluded the event with the cheer of the students.
